DexiMind respects intellectual property rights. Users are responsible for ensuring that content they upload does not infringe others' copyrights. We have a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers.
2. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, include:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- Description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed
- URL or location of the infringing material on DexiMind
- Statement that you have a good faith belief use is not authorized
- Statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury
- Your physical or electronic signature

3. Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed and you believe it was mistaken or you have rights to use it, you may submit a counter-notification with the required information. We will forward it to the original complainant. The content may be restored in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts that receive multiple valid DMCA notices may be terminated. We maintain a warning system and may suspend or terminate access for repeat violations.
